The PCR Verify RNAse P Verification Plates are compatible with TaqManTM RNase P Instrument Verification Plates and are used to verify the performance of the QuantStudioTM 3,5,6,7 and 12 K Flex Real-Time PCR Systems. The PCR Verify RNAse P Verification Plates are available in 96-well or 384-well format, preloaded with the necessary reagents to detect and quantitate genomic copies of the human RNAse P gene. Each well contains a preloaded reaction mix and template. The PCR Verify RNAse P Instrument Verification Plate satisfies the same requirements as the Applied BiosystemsTM RNAse P Instrument Verification Plates. To pass installation, the instruments must demonstrate the ability to distinguish between 5,000 and 10,000 genomic equivalents with a 99.7% confidence level for a subsequent sample run in a single well. To ensure accurate results, Applied BiosystemsTM recommends that the performance of your instrument be verified every six months.
