This policy explains what personal information PCR Verify collects through pcrverify.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. PCR Verify is located at 10923 Randall St, Unit A, Sun Valley, CA 91352, United States.
What we collect
- Account and order details: name, company, email, phone, billing and delivery addresses, the instruments you tell us you run, purchase order numbers and your order history.
- Payment: card payments are processed by Square. We receive the payment result and the last four digits of the card, never the full card number.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact and support forms or by email.
- Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, collected with Google Analytics.
Why we use it
- To process, ship and invoice your orders and answer your questions.
- To send order emails, such as confirmation, shipping and tracking updates.
- To remind you when your next verification is due, if you ask us to.
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and improve how it works.
- To keep the records the law requires for tax and accounting.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the store for us:
- Square (payments)
- Shipping carriers (name, address and phone, to deliver)
- Our website host and Cloudflare (hosting and security)
- Zoho ZeptoMail (sending order emails)
- Google (Analytics, and reCAPTCHA on our forms)
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep your cart and login, to remember your display preference (light or dark), to measure visits with Google Analytics, and to protect forms from spam with Cloudflare Turnstile and Google reCAPTCHA. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart and checkout need them to work.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Account details are kept while your account is open. Ask us and we will delete what we are not required to keep.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, and to know how it is used. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We will not treat you differently for using them. To make a request, email [email protected].
Security
The site uses HTTPS throughout, and card data is handled by Square, not stored by us.
Children
The site is for laboratories and businesses and is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy and will publish the new version on this page with its date.
